Aunque a veces genera una sensaci\u00f3n de calma, la relajaci\u00f3n no es el objetivo principal; lo que buscamos es aprender a dirigir la atenci\u00f3n de manera consciente.<\/p><p>Nuestra mente tiende a divagar: solemos revivir experiencias del pasado o planificar el futuro, lo que nos aleja del aqu\u00ed y ahora. En los ni\u00f1os esto tambi\u00e9n ocurre, aunque ellos tengan m\u00e1s facilidad para disfrutar del momento presente. Practicar mindfulness puede ayudarles a reconocer mejor sus emociones, pensamientos y conductas, facilitando que desarrollen herramientas para afrontar situaciones dif\u00edciles. Adem\u00e1s, mejora la capacidad de concentraci\u00f3n y control atencional.<\/p><p>En mindfulness no se trata de mantener la concentraci\u00f3n todo el tiempo \u2014algo pr\u00e1cticamente imposible\u2014, sino de darnos cuenta cuando nos distraemos y redirigir la atenci\u00f3n con amabilidad, sin juicios.<\/p><h2><strong>Actividades para centrar la atenci\u00f3n de forma l\u00fadica<\/strong><\/h2><p>A continuaci\u00f3n, te compartimos algunas actividades para introducir la atenci\u00f3n plena en casa de una forma l\u00fadica.<\/p><h3><strong>1. La meditaci\u00f3n de la planta de los pies<\/strong><\/h3><p>Muchas pr\u00e1cticas de mindfulness se enfocan en las sensaciones corporales. En este ejercicio invitamos a los ni\u00f1os a concentrarse \u00fanicamente en sus pies.<\/p><p>Puedes comenzar diciendo:<br \/>\u201cAhora vamos a poner toda nuestra atenci\u00f3n en nuestros pies.\u201d<\/p><p>Cerrar los ojos ayuda a enfocarse, aunque tambi\u00e9n pueden entrecerrarlos o fijar la mirada en un punto. Despu\u00e9s, gu\u00eda su atenci\u00f3n hacia distintas sensaciones: temperatura, presi\u00f3n, contacto con el calcet\u00edn, posible hormigueo\u2026<\/p><p>Algunas indicaciones que puedes utilizar:<\/p><ul><li>\u201c\u00bfNotas los pies fr\u00edos o calientes?\u201d<\/li><li>\u201c\u00bfSientes el calcet\u00edn rodeando tu pie?\u201d<\/li><li>\u201c\u00bfPuedes notar si el zapato te aprieta?\u201d<\/li><li>\u201cVamos a recorrer el pie como si fuese un esc\u00e1ner: primero el tal\u00f3n, ahora la planta\u2026 \u00bfpuedes notar tu dedo gordo? \u00bfY el me\u00f1ique?\u201d<\/li><li>\u201cSi tu atenci\u00f3n se ha ido a otro sitio, no pasa nada. Cuando te des cuenta, vuelve a llevarla a tus pies.\u201d<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>2. Comer conscientemente<\/strong><\/h3><p>Este ejercicio suele resultar muy divertido, sobre todo si utilizamos un alimento peque\u00f1o y apetitoso: un trozo de fruta, una palomita, un caramelo\u2026<\/p><p>El reto es explorarlo con todos los sentidos antes de comerlo.<\/p><ul><li>Observarlo: \u201cF\u00edjate en sus colores, su forma\u2026 \u00bfc\u00f3mo crees que pesar\u00eda en tu mano?\u201d<\/li><li>Tocarlo: examinar su textura.<\/li><li>Olerlo: \u201cAc\u00e9rcalo a tu nariz\u2026 \u00bfqu\u00e9 olor notas?\u201d<\/li><li>Probarlo sin masticar: \u201cD\u00e9jalo sobre la lengua, observa c\u00f3mo cambia el sabor o si se va deshaciendo.\u201d<\/li><li>Masticar lentamente y tragar.<\/li><\/ul><p>Esta pr\u00e1ctica entrena la atenci\u00f3n, la paciencia y el autocontrol.<\/p><h3><strong>3. El cl\u00e1sico \u2018Veo, veo\u2019<\/strong><\/h3><p>El juego tradicional es una excelente herramienta de mindfulness, ya que invita a fijarnos en lo que nos rodea.<\/p><p>Puedes usar variantes como:<\/p><ul><li>\u201cDime cinco cosas rojas que puedas ver ahora.\u201d<\/li><li>\u201cEncuentra tres objetos que empiecen por la letra S.\u201d<\/li><li>\u201cDime cuatro cosas suaves que tengas alrededor.\u201d<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>4. Cerrar los ojos, abrir las orejas<\/strong><\/h3><p>En esta actividad trabajamos exclusivamente el sentido del o\u00eddo. Consiste en permanecer unos segundos en silencio y nombrar todos los sonidos que podamos escuchar, incluso los m\u00e1s sutiles.<\/p><ul><li>\u201cYo escucho un coche a lo lejos\u201d, \u201cun ni\u00f1o en el parque\u201d, \u201cel motor del ventilador\u201d\u2026<\/li><li>Cerrar los ojos suele ayudar a concentrarse mejor.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>5. La carrera inversa<\/strong><\/h3><p>Aqu\u00ed el objetivo es llegar el \u00faltimo. La idea es avanzar hacia la meta en \u201cc\u00e1mara lenta\u201d, prestando atenci\u00f3n a c\u00f3mo se mueve nuestro cuerpo, al equilibrio y a la respiraci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Es un juego perfecto para
